The Pumpkin Patch Tour is a hands-on educational field trip to help students enjoying learning about the farm, how plants grow, and process by which food ends up on their table.
The educational experience centers around the pumpkins, of course, and will help students understand pollination, soil, varieties of Cucurbits (pumpkin cousins), diversity in farming and how food is grown from farm to table.
Students will also enjoy a tractor-drawn wagon ride and each student receives a pie pumpkin and our award winning coloring book (available in 8 languages.)
